Appointments

Use the Appointments page to search for any appointments at any point in time. Filter on date, patient, practitioner, or location. Use the ADD FILTER button to add additional filters for Status, Active, ID (the ID of the location or practitioner), or FHIR ID.

The appointment date is limited to one single date if a date is selected. To search all dates, click on the calendar icon at the left of the date field, then click Clear.

Practitioners and Locations are limited to the practitioners and locations defined in the Practitioners or Locations pages.

Appointment Details

To see more information about a specific appointment, click on an appointment line.

Appointment

The appointment sub-tab shows details about the appointment such as the duration, FHIR ID and more. These details can only be changed by modifying the appointment in the EMR.

Reminders

The reminders sub-tab shows all reminders sent to a patient by this system. The state of the messages may be:

  • Aborted - The message was not sent. This can be because an appointment status was changed causing future messages to be aborted or because the message took too long to send and was deemed inappropriate to send.
  • Waiting - The message is queued for future delivery.
  • Complete - The message was sent from the system.
