Practitioners

Practitioner data is loaded directly from the EMR. Once loaded, data can be enhanced in the AIC system.

The search field is a free text search for the practitioner's full name. To search for other fields like Suffix, NPI, or FHIR ID, click ADD FILTER and select the appropriate type.

Data on this page is initially loaded when the tenant is initialized. After that,, visiting the page will initiate a refresh of the data. You must navigate away from the page and navigate back to view the refreshed data. After this first refresh, the system will attempt to refresh data every 30 minutes. 

Practitioner

When viewing a practitioner, the Practitioner tab shows all data in a read-only format.

This information can be edited by selecting EDIT from the top right corner of the screen.

The following fields may be modified:

• Full Name - The full name of the doctor.
• Prefix - Any prefix to the name of the practitioner such as "Dr.".
• First Name - The first name of the doctor.
• Last Name - The last name of the doctor.
• Suffix - Any suffix to the name of the doctor such as "PHD, MD".
• Comments - Any additional comments about the doctor.
• Disable appointment realtime updates - When set to TRUE, ensures the practitioner will NOT receive AtAppointment type updates about patients.
• Disable lab update - When set to TRUE, ensures the practitioner will NOT receive Pathology type updates about patients.
• Disable office communications - When set to TRUE, ensures the practitioner will NOT receive office communications.

When done editing, click SAVE.

Appointments Today

The Appointments Today tab shows any appointments scheduled for "today" for the selected practitioner. All fields are loaded from the EMR. 

Click on the location to see the details of the location where the appointment is at. See Locations for more information.

Profile

The Profile tab is used to provide descriptions and profile images for the specific practitioner. These images are typically included in initial welcome messages to the patient and their recipients.

Click ADD to add a description and photos of the practitioner, then click SAVE.

Review Sites

Review Sites provide the necessary configuration elements for the Reputation page, if available to your subscription, to work. Here you may add review site URLs.

URLs for the following review sites may be added:

• Google
• Healthgrades
• Sharecare
• Yelp

Google

For Google you may provide a URL from either of the following processes:

1. Open Google Maps at https://maps.google.com.
2. Search Google Maps for the practice name or location.
3. When the list or matches appears on the left navigation pane, select it.
4. Copy the entire URL from the address bar of your browser.
5. Paste the copied URL into the Add new review site URL field. See below.

2. Search Google Maps for the practice name or location.
3. When the list or matches appears on the left navigation pane, select it.
4. Click the Share button in the new pane that appears.
5. Copy the link to share on the Send a link tab.
6. Paste the copied URL into the Add new review site URL field. See below.

Healthgrades

1. Navigate to https://www.healthgrades.com/.
2. Search for the specific doctors in question.
3. Click on the link for the target doctor.
4. Copy the entire URL from the address bar of your browser.
5. Paste the copied URL into the Add new review site URL field. See below.

Sharecare

1. Navigate to https://www.sharecare.com/.
2. Search for the specific doctors in question.
3. Click on the link for the target doctor.
4. Copy the entire URL from the address bar of your browser.
5. Paste the copied URL into the Add new review site URL field. See below.

Yelp

Yelp reviews that Yelp has marked as "other reviews that are not currently recommended" are not included in the review results.

1. Navigate to https://yelp.com.
2. Search for the specific location in question.
3. Click on the link for the target location.
4. Copy the entire URL from the address bar of your browser.
5. Paste the copied URL into the Add new review site URL field. See below.

Adding a Review Site

To add a new review site for a location, click ADD REVIEW SITE URL.

Once the review site is added, the location's Review Sites tab will update with the new information. The review site editing will fail if anything is wrong with the link added, such as if it cannot be parsed or comes from an unsupported provider.
