Undeliverable Email
The Undeliverable Email section of Messaging shows all messages that could not be delivered. Messages may be undeliverable for a variety of reasons. Following are some common reasons why messages are not delivered:
- Bad address (email doesn't exist or was misspelled) or phone number
- Target email address mailbox is full (over quota)
- Patient's email server is experiencing problems
You can sort by clicking on any column header. You can filter by the date received. To view the contents of a message, click > to the left of any message.
