Internal
The Internal section under Reviews shows messages that have been routed to an internal-only feedback loop because review gating has been enabled for at least one location.
When a location's Review Gating feature is set to TRUE, users will have their review requests pre-empted with an interstitial page before leaving a review. On this interstitial page, the patient is asked if the review they are about to leave is likely to be negative or positive.
If the patient selects anything other than "very likely" positive when review gating is enabled, those potentially negative reviews will be re-routed to an internal review system and presented here in feedback.
It is recommended to follow up with these patients directly to help with patient-doctor relationships and future reviews. Reviews submitted in this fashion are not submitted to any review sites from this system.
Even when review gating is enabled, patients can still go directly to a review site and leave a bad review. Moreover, patients can say they are likely to leave a good review and still leave a bad review.
